Ingrediens:
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup almond or soy milk
- 1 pouch applecinnamon
- Bananas, raspberries and blueberries.
Recipe:
- Start by mixing the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
- Combine the milk and add to the dry ingredients.
- Mix together until a paste-like consistency is formed.
- Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray, and pour batter into pan in circular shapes, flipping once you see the bottom start to brown.
- Once the pancakes are fully cooked, transfer to a plate, slice banana, and arrange fruit on top of pancakes in face-like shape as shown above.
